PREPARATION OF TRIPHALA KASHAYA (A WONDER DRUG IN A CUP )
• Take clean and sterile vessel
• Add 5 grams of triphala choorna to 100 ml of luke warm water
• Keep this overnight
• Take supernatant portion of kashaya
PROCEDURE
• Wash eyes with sterile water
• Take Triphala kashaya in an eye cup
• Bend forward and dip eyes in the eyecup
• Repeat this for 10, 20 or 30 blinks (depending on the condition)
• Clean area around eyes with clean cloth
